Lead the design and development of premium residential projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architecturally compelling and structurally sound developments.
Oversee end-to-end project execution including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and quality control across multiple active developments.
Drive sales strategy and brand presence for Ambrig's premium developments. Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and close high-value transactions.
Craft beautiful interior concepts for model apartments and client customizations. Work closely with architects and procurement teams to source premium materials and finishes.
Monitor day-to-day construction activities, ensure adherence to engineering plans and safety protocols, and coordinate with contractors and labourers on-site.
